All this month I’ve been working on the buffer for ZY. From doing the pencils at work, inking at home, then doing lettering and finishes in both, I’m already on the 2nd issue for the series. All the while, writing up the script for it ,  planned out all the way to issue 5 or so. By then I hope to collect it all into a small Digest for cons.

I have a business trip at the end of this month, which will mean I might have to stop. Now don’t worry the comics will still be going but I hope to have it well in place, since I have some new projects on the horizon.

By the way, I am looking for illustration and Penciling work, if you or anybody you know, is looking for anybody I can work out some good prices too. Speaking of which here’ a sneak peak at penciled page from issue 2.

Also still doing a daily journal comic on WCN, A Little Sincerity. I’m in week 3 and surprised how if you really put your balls on the chopping block, you will get things done.

Been reading some good webcomics too:

Just finished reading Edward J Grug’s “PLAGUE”, and it was funny and suspenseful at the same time. A Zombie Horror comic, but the story is confined to Cats and Mice! It’s amazing how much he conveyed with no words or anything, and didn’t come up dull at all. It sort of reminds of Gon. (which you should read too)

Been reading Abominable for a while and it’s gorgeous. This is the kind of thing they to be running in newspapers damn it. I think we can walk away from Blondie and that fuck-neck Marmaduke for a while. Abominable is well drawn, engaging and just awesome to look at. Read and enjoy.

Speaking of comics, PVP has a very funny story line called “Omsbudsmen” going on. I want going to it anymore but click and read it’s actaully pretty hilarious. Scott also talked a little about twitter and such.I’m not here to argue with about Twitter, I personally don’t use it too much. I don’t care for it, and I don’t really find it that informative. Now if you wished to use it to promote, well yeah I guess you could. I’d rather you rea dmy comic than read my Twits or Tweets or whatever the hell. But if you insist. You neve rknow maybe I’ll come aorund like I came around on Facebook.

Also if you’re not reading Warren Ellis’s FreakAngels, you really should. It’s fre online and they already have 2 books out here now. I can truly say that inspire certain aspects of ZY and other work…

Language: “Y Que” panel 1, means “And what?” referring to Frank’s whining. “De Pinga!” in panel 2 means, literally, “Of Dick” though it’s just realy something is fucked. Seb’s “Callate” in the that same panels maens “SHUT UP”.
