This sounds like it would cement a good movie. Brad Pitt, for all the media coverages and tabloid crap, seems like a smart guy and an a pretty amazing actor, so if he can touch upon this, and make really deliver the fun of Max Brook’s album, I’m all for it.

If they can really deliver it in a journalistic sense, not like a real time documentary ( well maybe parts of it but like a recollection like those great History Channel specials on WW2, it could prove awesome. Either that or somehow have the embedded/roving reporter type running around capturing all the batshit crazy things that are happening.

Now I haven’t read “CHEW” yet, sorta waiting on a collected volume (plus I’m broke people STOP LAUGHING) but I’ve heard some good things, from people with pretty good taste in funny books about it, that it lends it a lot of credit.
